Nova for Women and Children’s service hours are: 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. We operate two Community Hubs, which operate on the days and times listed below.

Charlestown Hub, located at:  21 Canberra St, Charlestown

This hub will be open for drop-ins every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm. 

During these times, women with or without children who reside in the Lake Macquarie or Newcastle West area can access the following assistance;

• Case work support if experiencing homelessness and/or domestic and family violence

• Use of shower facilities

• Use of laundry facilities

• A safe space to have something to eat or a cuppa

• Access to clothing and toiletries

Newcastle West Hub, located at: 558 Hunter St, Newcastle West.

This Hub is currently closed. We will advise soon of our new Community Hub location and operating times.
